This was taken at Leaning Tree in Gunbarrel, there was a plaque that said:

Can you read the robe? With no written language, Native Americans relied on pictographic drawings and symbols to convey their history. This robe depicting the Chief's life victories was presented to him by the people of his tribe. He now stands reflecting on how his heroic deeds are seen through their eyes as he draws moral strenght from the robe
