Fire Truck

When I was shooting the night before I realized I needed something interesting in the foreground. This firetruck was close to our cabin and in the correct orientation to take photos of the rising Milky Way around midnight. Unfortunately, it was cloudy at midnight, but I snapped a few shots in the 9 O'clock hour with it. The glow on the horizon is from Alamosa which is less than 60 miles away.
This photo was a 30 second exposure at f/5 with ISO 6400. Plus I used my headlamp to light up the firetruck briefly during the exposure.
