Bierstadt Lake
Part of the album: Icy Hike to Bierstadt Lake
The lake was mostly covered in snow, but there were a few places in the center that looked like pretty thin ice. I'm sure it was all frozen over completely, but I wouldn't have trusted walking on that section of the lake. This photo was taken from the East "beach", so I don't think we were actually standing on top of the lake.
