Katherine and I rode down and up the Fenelon Place Elevator in Dubuque. We parked up at the top and took the train down to downtown and walked around.

Katherine and I rode down and up the Fenelon Place Elevator in Dubuque. We parked up at the top and took the train down to downtown and walked around.
Two Train Ride
This short train has 2 cars, connected by a rope on a pulley at the top. There was one spot that the trains had to pass each other where the center track split. For the majority of the ride the trains shared a common rail in the middle.
Cathedral of St. Raphael
Once we made it down, we walked around the little shops downtown. There was a beautiful church not too far from the train that we walked to.
