I can't find much information about this, other than it is called the "Newton's Arrow" and CSU is the only place to have that term coined. I don't know what it does, it's just a giant sculpture. Perhaps I'll try and find some more information on it on Monday.
The building to the right is the Behavioral Science building, and this photo was taken at the intersection of Pitkin and Center, looking North.
