Denver Zoo
The weekend was nice, so Katherine and I decided to go to the zoo! We bought a membership, so hopefully we go a lot of times in the next year.
On the Move
Bear Feet
The bears were not very active, as expected.
Up High
The orangutan isn't always outside and active when I go to the zoo, so we were happy when the orangutan was up in the tree.
Hanging on Tight
When I took this photo I didn't even know there was a baby hanging on to the bottom of this gorilla. A few seconds later, Katie went crazy because she saw the baby, but the gorilla was already walking away. I was really happy that I even got this shot considering I didn't know what I was taking a picture of!
Take Off!
Lorikeet Fight
The Lorikeet on the top was biting the feet of the lorikeet on the bottom, trying to get the one to fall!
To Be... or Not to Be....
Doesn't this monkey look like he is acting out some Shakespeare?
Eating
When we got to this monkey, one of the zoo members was feeding it pieces of fruit. It was fun to watch the monkey try and catch the fruit
Play Time
These two polar bears were having the best time playing with each other. You could tell the one on the left wanted to play a little more than the one on the right.
