So yesterday I bought a new car. And naturally, with a bunch of money, I figured I would spend some time taking photos of it before spending it. This is the most money I've ever handled, and the most that I'll probably handle in a LONG time. So between getting the money from the bank and going to the dealership, I spend 30 minuted taking a bunch of photos, since this isn't a easy photo to get

Yesterday, Katherine, Amber, Max and I ventured down to Denver to see Zoo Lights at the Denver Zoo. Since I was going in a group, I didn't spend a lot of time taking photos and I didn't bring a tripod and get the best shots, but I tried my best while holding the camera in my hand. This photo was courtesy of my mini tripod and a trashcan that we moved into the walk way.

Every year about this time, Horsetooth freezes over and doesn't unfreeze completely until spring. This is the the beginning of the reservoir freezing completely.
