So hockey is a violent sport, however, college hockey isn't as violent as professional. Before the game, I was looking up the rules. For professional hockey, fighting is somewhat encouraged (hell, they make more money when they fight), and the player only gets a 5-minute penalty. In college, it's a 5-minute penalty, being banned for the rest of the game, and not being able to play in the next game. So the most dramatic violence were things like this.
