Early 4th of July
Katherine and I celebrated the 4th of July 2 days early at her parent's house because we both have to work the day after the 4th. This way we get to light off fireworks and get to bed at a reasonable time the day before work.
Mini Atomic Bomb
This was the coolest firework of the night. Will bought it at a fireworks stand but it packed a pretty big punch. It was a ~1 inch diameter ball that just exploded into a 10 foot diameter. No one was expecting that.
Sparks
This was the result of a pretty small firework. We had two of them and the first one no one knew what would happen. None of us were standing far enough back (but no one got hurt).
Trajectory
It's always interesting the trajectory that fireworks go. I think that's why I like them - because of the uncertainty and that every one does something a little different.
