Fourth of July
Katherine and I went down to her parent's house for the fourth of July weekend. It was nice because the fourth fell on a Friday, so we got a 3 day weekend! Katherine and I bought some fireworks before going down there, and her parents also bought some fireworks too. It was good because Katherine and I bought a bunch of small ones, and her parents bought some bigger ones. Everything was legal to light, and there was no firework ban where we lit them.

This firework was hilarious. We bought it because of how funny it was. It was hilarious when we lit it, look farther down the post for a photo of it!
Spinners

This is what the poopy puppy did when it was lit. It was essentially a snake on the dogs butt, and then at the end some sparks shot out the top. It was probably one of the more funny fireworks I've ever seen.

On the Ladder
This is something that I was new to. I had to ask why someone got out a ladder when we were getting set up. You put the small fountains on the tall ladder to make them look bigger. And since the sparks fall from the fountain after being shot up, it really does make it look bigger!
Spinning
This was a firework intended to be placed on the ground and spin, but it didn't work well on the ground because the ground wasn't smooth enough. A nail in a board clamped to the ladder seemed to do the trick!
